In Training Science and Resistance Training  you’ll gain hands-on experience with different types of resistance techniques, understanding how to progress clients based on their individual goals and capabilities. You’ll also explore the science behind strength, endurance, and hypertrophy, ensuring a well-rounded approach to training.

Our curriculum also covers Programming for various fitness levels, incorporating both the art and science of creating sustainable and challenging fitness plans that motivate clients to reach their potential.
